Getting Started

It is our goal to build a solid partnership with our clients and seek organizations that recognize that the staffing, administrative and executive level services are an inherent and vital piece of successully meeting their organizations vision and mission. We exist to partner with our clients in a mutual effort to achieve their mission.

Our first step is two or three intensive meetings with key decisionmakers to understand the organization needs and culture.

We propose a suggested contract detailing services and estimated effort

The first six months of service is accompanied by a monthly review and assessment so that discrepancies, surprises, and estimates can be assessed and reconciled.

Once we are both comfortable that the needs, terms and expectations are understood we move to an annualized contract with a basic service fee for each month.
